When we are angry with someone,
and we have done everything we can
to resolve the situation,
and we are still angry,
it means we are angry at ourselves.
If we dig deep enough,
we will find the anger
we are pointing at ourselves.
Once we find it,
we can forget the other person,
and forgive ourselves.
Once we forgive ourselves,
we can stop beating ourselves up
with each mental replay of the situation.
Instead we can learn from the experience
and live in the blissful peace of the Now.
